BioMag-羧基磁珠
核酸分析是分子生物学,微生物学,临床检验,法医学等领域的重要分析手段,利用磁珠在一定条件下可以大量特异性吸附核酸,而当条件改变时可以解吸附的原理,我们开发出磁响应迅速的羧基磁珠,以满足对核酸的快速分离纯化需要。提取到的核酸可直接用于下游的核酸分析。

5.核酸结合量:每mg 磁珠能从200μl全血中提取4-12μg基因组DNA
